The Kenya Swara AA is a classic, high-quality Kenyan blend sourced from small estates and cooperatives across Western and Central Kenya. The name “Swara” means gazelle in Swahili, referencing the coffee’s elegant and impressive profile.

The coffee is a blend of traditional Kenyan varietals, primarily SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11. It is grown at high altitudes, ranging from 1,400 to 2,000 meters above sea level, conditions which are ideal for developing its renowned complex flavors.

The AA grading designation signifies that the green beans are of the largest screen size (Screen 18), indicating superior density and quality. This lot is processed using the meticulous Washed Process, a method widely used in Kenya to achieve a crisp, clean cup and vibrant acidity.
