We are an artisan micro-roastery, established in Limassol, Cyprus. Specifically, we dedicate ourselves to the craft of slow, meticulous roasting. Ultimately, our philosophy is simple: coffee that makes you happy. For this reason, every cup should be a moment of pure enjoyment, from the first aroma to the last satisfying sip.

The Craft of Roasting
Coffee roasting, a transformative process that turns raw, green coffee beans into the aromatic, flavorful beans we know.
At Marino Roaster, quality is non-negotiable. This is why we meticulously source our single-origin beans and blends from the world’s best regions. These locations include the rich soils of Brazil and Peru, as well as the complex flavours of Ethiopia. Furthermore, each small batch is roasted in-house. Our master roaster watches closely, thereby ensuring the unique characteristics of every bean are perfectly unlocked. In the end, you are tasting coffee at its peak, whether you choose a balanced espresso blend or a single-origin pour-over.
