This coffee comes from Finca El Guayacan, located in the Acevedo region of Huila, Colombia. The farm is owned by the producer Miriam Quesada Enciso and her husband, Libardo Enciso.

It is grown at an altitude of approximately 1,550 meters above sea level.

The variety is Pink Bourbon. This rare variety is known for its high-quality potential and sweetness in the cup, as it is believed to be genetically linked to Ethiopian landrace varieties.

The processing method used is the Washed Pink Bourbon Process, which highlights the bright acidity and clarity of the flavor.
